At GoGoOption, we want every night light to exceed your ambiance expectations. To ensure seamless returns, please review our guidelines below.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if processing hasn’t begun. Once your night light ships, cancellations are unavailable.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
30-Day Window: Request returns within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements:
- Unused, in original packaging (including protective sleeves).
- All tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- No scratches, discoloration, or damage.
Return Process

→ Photos/video (if damaged)
Approval:
We’ll respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Allow 5–10 days for bank processing.
