At GoGoOption, we want every night light to exceed your ambiance expectations. To ensure seamless returns, please review our guidelines below.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if processing hasn’t begun. Once your night light ships, cancellations are unavailable.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

30-Day Window: Request returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:

  1. Unused, in original packaging (including protective sleeves).
  2. All tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  3. No scratches, discoloration, or damage.

Return Process

Contact Us:

→ Order number
→ Reason for return (e.g., "too dim," "design mismatch")
→ Photos/video (if damaged)

Approval:
We’ll respond with return instructions within 2 business days.


Refund Processing

  1. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  2. Allow 5–10 days for bank processing.

Non-Returnable Items
